Communication option cards for V1000 drives (SI-xx/V) include a carrier (or housing) and a new cover. When installing these options, the standard front cover no longer fits and the new cover is required for protective reasons. It may be desired to replace the option carrier or option cover. The following communication option cards are used with V1000 drives: SI-EN3/V, SI-EN3D/V, SI-EM3/V, SI-EM3D/V, SI-N3/V, SI-B3/V, SI-M3/V, SI-ES3/V, SI-T3/V, SI-ET3/V, SI-P3/V, SI-EP3/V.

The part numbers for the option carrier and option cover for V1000 drives are listed below.

• Option Cover - Part # UFP00057-51 (has "FPST31744 1" stamp on the back)
• Option Carrier - Part # UCS00025-51 (plastic housing ONLY)
