Correcting an A.9F9 Message
Topic Description

An A.9F9 message is related to a SERVOPACK software option alarm. Troubleshooting may be perfomed through SigmaWin+ Ver 7 to find the option alarm that has occurred.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to clear an A.9F9 message.

  1. Download, install, connect, and check monitors for the option software alarm that has occurred using SigmaWin+ Ver 7 Software.
(In this example this is the most common alarm that occurs in the Indexer option FT79 or F79)

  2. Clear Filters from the CLEAR button located at the bottom of the filters and select YES to be able to check the related error.

  3. Check the related alarm and check with the appropriate manual that is related to the software option installed on the servopack.
(In this case the alarm is the E54E alarm found under the Error Monitor)

  4. Correct the alarm, reset and cycle power (if required).

For correcting the E54E alarm see the related document links below.
