Screen Resolution Problem in Hardware Configuration
Topic Description

If there is a display issue (Screen Resolution) in hardware configuration then Windows may be trying to overcorrect the display. This is a function of a Windows that will automatically adjust the display to provide the best resolution.

 
Resolution

The following steps will help solve any display issue in hardware configuration:

  1. Close the MotionWorks program.
  2. Right click on the MotionWorks icon and go to properties.
  3. Check the checkbox to disable full screen optimizations or Override High DPI Scaling Behavior depending on which variation of Windows is being used.
  4. Click Apply and Ok, then restart Motionworks.
