Searching for Answers

The search area may include two options:

• Guided Search allows you to search by text and the most common filters.
• Advanced Search allows you to perform a more detailed search of the knowledge base than Guided Search. You can use Advanced Search to narrow the scope of your search and produce a shorter list of pertinent results.

After performing a search, you may be able to use the Adaptive Navigation tab to supply additional details about your situation. By selecting the applicable Adaptive Navigation Choices, you give the system a more accurate description of your issue, allowing it to narrow down the most likely solutions that will solve your problem. (The presence of the Adaptive Navigation tab and the features available on it are determined by your implementation.)
